Using GA3 while blooming

Hello all, I am new to all this but i have been researching allot and am taking a botany class. In my class we are experimenting with GA3 on bush beans and have had great results. I searched online and found a water soluable GA3 that contains 20% GA3 and have read that it can be put in a res for hydro. I know that thier are very specific amounts that need to be aplied at specific times or weed plants will herm. Has anyone had any sucess with GA3?
