So i just read through the 77 heart wrenching pages this morning and it's still quite confusing. i don't see ANYTHING in there about application or license fees. but what's this about a $5,000 surety bond??!?! I mean. WTF

so does anyone have a legit breakdown of this entire thing? or do I have to go spend more money on a lawyer to tell it to me that I am basically screwed. There's also three dates in the bill, july 1st 2010, sept 1st 2010 and july 1st 2011.

how do you certify that you are growing 70% of your stock? are they seriously going to drive to my grow places that are in all four corners of the state? and how do they know it's getting to my shop?

bleeehhhhh.
it's good day for rain i guess.

You need to spend more money on a lawyer. That's the most responsible advice you'll get in this thread, no doubt. GL.

I have a meeting with Cory on the 17th so I should know something then. if your interested we are trying to put together a group of patients, dispensaries and growers for Rob to represent that way we can defray the legal cost so they are not overwhelming.

HB 10-184 passed in the Senate with a 26-9 vote. We got hammered.
We needed 18 votes. We got half. We weren't even close, not even in the ball park.
25% of the vote in the Senate and 37% in the House.

It should go back to the House since the Senate added amendments. If the House accepts Senate changes it goes to the Govenor. If the House doesn't accept changes the bill goes to a Conference Committee. If the Conference Committee reaches a compromise the compromise is presented to both the House and Senate and if everybody approves it goes to the Governor.
