question about a friends high

my friend is trying mj for his add and he had a weird experience and wanted to know if this was normal. he ate a firecracker and within about an hour or two he was unable to function normally. he said he had like a 5 or 10 second memory and every 5 to 10 seconds he said it felt like he was waking up again and again and he said he was very disoriented. this lasted for a while. he said it wasnt a pleasant experience at all. he had eaten a little bit of a firecracker once or twice before but this was his first time eating a whole one. i think he was also on wellbutrin and seroquel when this happened. can anyone help explain this? is this normal?

Haha, aint it great? I've had it happen and heard/seen others that had it happen too. It'll level out if he keeps up with smoking.

Related note: I was with a girl yesterday who took her first hit also, & she went so pale and almost shut down. She had to lay down and pass out. Was groggy for about 4 hrs after she woke up (9 hrs later), and was really freaked out. Never stopped me :) I was worried, but she's laughing about it now so I guess it's all good.
