A big hey to all out in Montana, would like to get some feedback from this community. I currently reside in Colorado and my whole life had plans to retire in Montana, well I might do this sooner than I anticipated due to the state of Colorado trying to enforce absurd rules for caregivers and growers. I have been a caregiver/patient here for 10 years, I was actually the 35th patient in Colorado, along with this I have 30 years exp. in the cannabis industry.

I currently own and operate Klonzinc, and we sell wholesale to local dispensaries and patients. we are fully licensed and tax compliant.

My question is this, would my wife and I be welcomed in Montana and is there a need for quality caregivers and growers? We do not want to run a dispensary but would rather acquire patients, do a statewide delivery for patients who can not come to us and offer top quality meds to patients at the same wholesale price we sell to dispensaries for, after getting set up we would also take patients on a sliding pay scale fee.

Any thoughts from the Montana locals would be great, below is a few pics of a of some of our plants, we have on hand 25+ strains and are in our late 40's and fit the typical peace, love, laid back, and good karma stereo type.

Peace and thanks for your time:rasta:

The only legal transaction in Montana are Caregiver to patients they actually hold cards for. Assuming you could build yourself a patient base I don't think you'd have any problems setting up.

Side note - we have some very big changes coming to our law next legislature, so if your worried about the laws in CO you might want to wait and see what happens up here next spring before making any decisions, as we are about to experience alot of back lash.

just another thought, coming from the northwest area, maybe finding a caregiver and working out a partnership or franchise out... just a thought from a caregiver/patient whose looking for some financial assistanst to get out on our own... we have over 55 patients as of now...
