I was at my local nursery and found these two types of soil, sunshine 0.1-0.1-0.1, and sunshine sb200 professional mix. Does anyone have any experiance with these soils and if so wich do you recommend.

Neither because they have added fertilizer. Check some of the horticulture shops in your area, and try some Fox Farms Ocean Forest. Works for me better than anything else I have tried in 30 years of growing.

I use the Sunshine #4, no nutes at all so I can keep track of exactly what goes in

On the sunshine 0.1-0.1-0.1 is the fert low enough to add nutes at a later date or will the added nutes cause problems.

After your plant gets out of the seedling stage your good to go with nutes, just start out easy and build up to directions if using nutes for weed like FF. But like Char said at least 25% perlite, almost killed my plants because i didn't use it and there were 8, so wasn't anything else.
Hey Char:hippy:
Good luck man:rasta:
