anyone know there lights? & how to wire up?

hi guys, i dont know much about wireing it up onto a english plug, which only has 3 wireing going onto it, but the light has 4 core... wire coming from it. the light has 1 blue wire, 1 brown, 1black and 1 earth. but i can only put blue, brown, and earth to the plug.. could anyone help me? if you need to know more info ill try and help.

i have tryed putting a plug already but didnt work. i left the black one off and taped it up.

My best guess in less than 10 seconds.

Blue - Hot - Switch
Yellow - Hot - Switch
Black - Hot
Brown - Ground?

Does 'english' mean you are in England?
