Hey guys, just wondering... ive read about ligthig and from i can summirize is, Veg = Blue spectrum , Floower = Red spectrum, so i was looking today at my Saltwater aquarium and realized that it has a 450nm Actinic Blue 65w Power compact, can i use that light for veg???

here is the ligth im talking about 450nm Actinic Blue (http://www.catalinaaquarium.com/product_info.php?cPath=71_45_122_132&products_id=1013&osCsid=9fd0ee35e782e3b3a8db8a8152fe32bd)

and for flowering i can change the bulb to this one Red 65w (http://www.catalinaaquarium.com/product_info.php?cPath=71_45_122_132&products_id=1576&osCsid=9fd0ee35e782e3b3a8db8a8152fe32bd)

and they are only 15 bucks each so .. i think is a lot cheaper than compact bulbs since these are 22 inches long

They also have this one that basically mixed the two ones above Mixed (http://www.catalinaaquarium.com/product_info.php?cPath=71_45_122_132&products_id=1409&osCsid=9fd0ee35e782e3b3a8db8a8152fe32bd)
what do you guys think?
