I just recently started two Snow White feminized seeds that I purchased through Nirvana.

I am using cfls, but plan on adding a t-5 and creating a veg spot for some clones with my cfls.
I am using organic soil with no nutes throughout the grow.

Both beans sprouted and are about 4 days after breaking ground.

Anyway, here are the ladies. I don't have names and am taking suggestions.

They look damn good already. :D

Hrmm, what's goin on in your life right now? That's how I named mine. Camara is after the Camaro I bought. Scarlet after the Scar weapon I use in Modern Warfare 2, and Watson came from Mary Jane Watson (I'm a fan of Spider-Man).

When I look back at my grow log, I'll have a pretty good idea of what was going on in my life at the time I started growing.

When i was growing outdoors i had 3 females. biggie was the biggest and oldest one. Bonita, which is spanish for beautiful becouse she was the best lookin one even as sproutling. and scarecrow bacouse she was the ugliest at the time. I usually wait a lil bit before i name mine and decide on how they grow.

Well, I made a post earlier today, but apparently it didn't like what I wrote... Anyway, sorry for the delay. Here are a few pictures

The first two are the Snow Whites and the third is a random bagseed that seems deformed...

Comments/Suggestions are welcome!

lol I love seeing tards like that..

I remember when I was about to harvest my first grow and thought, oh shit! what am I gonna grow now? so I took a clone off a pretty much ready-to-be harvested purp plant, and I got it to root somehow... man that thing was shooting out leaves that looked like basil for 2 weeks before it started to reveg properly.

"like a happy lil retard! :silly:"

so true. :D

I transplanted the Snow Whites today. They are now in one gallon containers. I put one into soil only and put a layer of rocks in the other to see if i notice any difference...

I left the other seeds in their little cups and may try to grow them in the little cups. I saw a post where someone did it and figured it was worth a try...

Anyway, let me know what you think.

Looking better than mine thats for sure, how many totals cfl watts do you have now? I have 204 watt 2700k and 156 watt 6500k all together and thats actuall watts not equivilant.

t3hn00b137
04-28-2010, 11:47 PM
COOLWHIP - I actually only have about 184 watts directly on the two plants. Once I start flowering I am going to try to pick up a t5 for the top of the plants and adjust the cfls around the sides.

Here are a few more pictures of the ladies.

Pic 1: This lady is now name Fuega

Pic 2: This little lady goes by Sin Dolor

Pics 3/4: This is just bagseed. No name, but much to my surprise it seems to be an indica.

Anyway, any input is appreciated. :rasta:

Well, I went out and purchased a t5 today. It is only a single t5, but it is really for future clones.
If you look at the top of the picture with the new light in it you will notice that I have 4 cfls on the one side of the ladies. I have 4 cfls on each side of the t5 plus an extra 2 on the one end. Hopefully, the little ladies like the attention!

Comments are always welcome!

Well, it is time for a few more pictures so here they are.

I am having a bit of a gnat problem so I went ahead and bought something that I thought might help it. :D

Pic 1: Fuega

Pic 2: Sin Dolor

Pic 3: The whole family including the red headed step child. The new addition is a venus fly trap. I got it for sh*ts and giggles, but we will see if it helps out with the fly/gnat issue.

Yet another day and another post...

I put the little bagseed plants into 36 hours of darkness about 40 hours ago and put them into flower about 5 minutes ago. They are looking a little bit sick and I think it's because of the time without light and I hadn't watered them before the dark spell. I didn't want a run in with mold... Anyway, We will see how they turn out... I have 4 23w cfls running on the two little "ladies". I plan on adding more as they grow. I am just kinda playing around with the sickly ones trying to learn a few things...

Here are a few pics of the ladies

Id really give it some thought on flowering those plants so early. Plants should be 10-14 inches high and have plenty of bigger colas before flowering. The bigger the plant is when you flower the bigger the yeild. Just something to think about.

Well, it's time for a few more pictures. I went without watering the ladies for 4 days just to make sure the pots were dry so the ladies are a bit droopy.
They are both on their 7th node and the internodes are on their 3rd set of leaves on both plants.

Here's the update.

Here are a couple pics for your viewing enjoyment. I was bored today and cut a single clone from fuega. It hasn't drooped at all and seems to be doing good so far and it has been sitting in root gel for about 7 hours now.

How many plants should I grow if im lookin to smoke 3-4 times a week? I need to supply ONLY MYSELF, not looking to sell.

Im tired of buying from other people, I want enough plants to just supply enough for myself.

help please?

I am not really sure actually... How long does an oz last you? If you can pull in 2 oz per plant then gauge it off of that. If you can make 4 oz last 6-7 months then you can get away with growing 2-3 plants at a time. There are a lot of factors involved... I have 2 ladies growing and will be taking clones off of one. I would say that you just have to grow and see...

Will post pictures tomorrow.

t3hn00b137, thanks for the reply.

Honestly, I dont know how much a oz would last me, ive never boughten, I just grab a few hits from friends whenever I can.

Again, Im not a heavy smoker at all, Ide just like to know how many plants it would take to satisfy the needs for one light/moderate smoker.

Thanks for your help.

Well, I have been really busy so I am kinda late with the pics... Here are a few. They aren't all that great, but I was strapped for time...

Oh, the clone that I cut and put into cloning gel hasn't changed since day one. It hasn't grown, shriveled, discolored, etc... It is under 24/7 light with a humidity dome and I have been spraying water on it... Any input is welcome...

The clone is probably fine. Mine didn't change much for a few days. I think the upper growth slows/halts until a new root system is developed. Everything looks great so far.

Well, after 36 hours of dark I put the ladies into flower and cut a few clones, eight in fact, but didn't have a humidity lid so I ended up using a make-shift one... We will see how that goes...

Here are a few pics. Let me know what you think!

Those stems look really thick for the size of the plants. Pretty windy in there?

It looks like there is a bit of yellowing on the leaves, but that's probably to be expected after 36 hours of dark.

t3hn00b137
05-17-2010, 03:18 PM
Yeah, it is pretty windy.:) I get heat issues so i have a fan directly on the ladies. I don't mind a thick stalk... The clones seem to be doing great, and I haven't seen the ladies yet, but am hoping they are doing okay... :)

I'll have pictures later...
