Family sources say that Eddy Lepp was moved from federal prison in California to a federal minimum security prison in an undisclosed location today. The cat was let out of the bag when the prison chaplain was contacted to let Eddy know that Jack Herer, his close personal friend had died. Eddy is the "Papa" of Jack's Grandfather movement. When his wife Linda made the call, they accidentally revealed that he was being transported. Federal sources say that Eddy is being moved to Oklahoma. Oklahoma a non legal cannabis state, far away from California and its up coming election to legalize.

Legal advisors and experts say that this is a chess move to bury Eddy instead of free him. It's an election year and there is clearly a chance that Eddy Lepp could be freed on a technicality if cannabis becomes legal. "They want him as far away as possible!"

It has been sad that "he was stirring up the church, even in prison and almost had to be moved before he gathered a following."

One thing seems certain. It seems that they have heard us scream out "Free Eddy!

It has been confirmed that Eddy Lepp was in fact secretly moved to oklahoma last week. He will be there for a few weeks until they move him to San Francisco... Get that? They moved him from California to Oklahoma, just so they could store him until they move him back to Cali. Now there's some decision making and sensible spending of our tax dollars!

PS- In a 420 tribute today Jack Herer was honored by patients and celebs. Hottalkla.com... There will be no updates on Jacks website regarding funeral or memorials. Updates will be found at medmike.org, hottalkla.com, dailybuds.com or stingystoner.com

Well, welcome to Oklahoma, Eddy. Please feel free to stir up the church here, too, while your here.

I can't really believe they would do this for political reasons. if so, they must be pretty dumb. :D they do know that we have this thing called the internets, don't they? its not like they can get away with that kinda shit anymore.

I always say that....with the internet people can learn about whatever whenever they want....there is endless info at our fingertips! Times have changed and these old fuddy duddys' better get used to it! Hopefully in a few short months, we won't be wasting any more tax dollars on shit like this.....let's put our money back where it's needed!

^ yeah, in a just a little over 5 months from now California could be cannabis prohibition free once and for all!! :greenthumb: and it could help free Eddy and all the other green prisoners! I did not know about that. That is reason alone to support this new prop. I really hope the poll numbers stay true and this does happen. I will most definately be booking my flight to Cali for the victory celebrations. :smokin:
