converting N-P-K to ppm

Does anyone know how to do this?

say I have a bottle 1-8-11
I put 1ml in 1 lire 0 ppm water
what would I get of N-P-K in ppm-ppm-ppm

Or does it work different and my question does not make sense.
Can you convert weight to ppm? I am lost...
