So i was looking at the garden in my front yard where all my flowers are the other day and i notice an odd looking plant close to a bush and think its just any other pesky weed but take a closer look and im pretty sure its a marijuana plant. So i was wondering what should i do with it? Should i move it to my backyard? Will it eventually grow to produce bud? Ill upload a picture.

That looks like a marijuana plant to me too. What do you want to do with it? It may be a male (worthless) or a female. Do you have a place to stash a big eight foot plant. It will get big. If its a girl chances are you will have a nice little harvest come October. If you can keep it safe until then.
Does anyone else know about your refugee plant? They may have the same idea as you so better think fast.
I have always likes refugees. Just the fact it lives and shows you it wants to beat the odds. It clearly needs a home.
One last thought, do you have any natural occuring marijuana plants in the area? If you have weed growing wild in your area it could be an old rope plant. In that case chances are good that the plant has very low THC and is not worth the effort.
Whatever you do good luck.

The phylotaxy indicates that YES, you do have a marijuana plant (and a rather healthy-looking one!)
Be careful when you transplant! Shock may set in and hurt the poor beauty. Here's hoping it's a female!

haha....that's funny! I guess yeah, if you had a seed in your joint or bowl and it was dumped it could happen!
That is definitely MJ! A little odd that it would just be growing in your front planter....but like chameleon said anything can happen!
i'd transplant it to a pot and put it somewhere where neighbors cant see.....might as well play it out! let's hope for a female!
