An interesting basic read for anyone, particularly here in Wash. that gets nailed for growing. It always pays to know just as much as you can in your own defense just in case you get a public defender who knows nothing about MMJ.

That is not current law in that section KW420...I contacted ASA and cdc about this and no-one cares....check out the caselaw in that document, you will see it is seriously outdated...our courts read it also...and changed the case law...notice state v. Ginn? That is not the case anymore, it is now state v. Janes, which was what ginn was based upon.
If I myself had the time, I would rewrite it for them. But, I am so buried with my appeal(which is where I got the new caselaw)...this info. will get you convicted if ya have no idea about the misinfo.
It was great when they wrote it...then they did adams federal case in antecortes, Wa., it went south from there.

It was mainly the general things that I was hoping people would pay attention too. As you say actual case law is best left up to the experts because itliterally changes everyday depending on who the judge is that day.
And really as we've seen in numerous cases, case law is a joke anyway. Its up to the judge to decide case law, and by the time its decided its too late But you get to appeal, which is a joke too. Rarely are cases overturned in Washington on appeals.
