honestly, i wouldn't worry about it too much. It's pretty common to get a few yellow leaves here or there. Those are pretty small plants and it's not that bad in my opinion. As long as you are having new growth and the top leaves look healthy as yours do....I'd say you are fine.

I'm not sure about "peet" soil....is that a brand name? It just looks like your soil is very muddy in the picture. Did you get it at a garden store? Also, you should add some perlite to the soil to help aerate it and help prevent root rot.

perlite is a white foamy particle that people use in potted plants. It helps the soil get air and prevents root rot. It's very important. It's pretty inexpensive....just ask at the garden store...they will know what it is!

Peat itself is way too acidic without buffers. Best to use a potting mix with ph buffers (all major brands are ph-adjusted already) to neutralize the peat, and most have some sort of composted organics in it that will aid in plant growth and development. (worm castings, forest humus, feather meal...)
Perlite is needed to 'lighten-up' the soil and keep it from becoming a muddy mess, and helps with the wet-dry cycle cannabis prefers. Don't overdo the perlite though, or during the summer you'll be watering twice a day.

Composts are generally ph balanced to around 6.0 ph, and are unacceptable for a stand-alone medium in containers unless you add limestone to properly buffer the medium. Best to avoid problems and get the right tool for the job.
