Hiya!
Has anyone found a strain that helps relieve environmental allergies? Me and grass, trees, pollen, dust and mould don't get along. It's starting to hit me now that spring has arrived.
Perhaps there is a strain of MJ that helps to alleviate symptoms associated with allergies and sinus congestion.
Peace and love

I would like to say I found one but no. A good sativa seems to help a bit with the up type of high. The only thing good indica's are for in this case is to make you forget about it. My sinus's still hurt but I don't care.
Oh, I have some S.A.G.E. that is sativa and afganica. Seems to be good this time of year.
I wonder if edibles would be better than smoking for this ?

try nettle tea it's not cannabis but it's a great natural anti allergen
only use the fresh young leaves of the prickly nettle plant and brew as tea

bongojaz is right.local natural honey is the best for allergies, depending on person,a one time use wont work but if you eat honey every day and get it in your system it fights off almost all allergies...i personally eat it everyday because i have bad allergies, and they dont seem to bother me much anymore,
sorry i cant give you a strain as a medication, but the mj doesnt work for everything..
