Hey I purchased an aeroponics machine recently. Everything was going decent for my new guy's untill I took them out to clean everything. I cleaned with just water nothing else. I put them back in and they all laid over. A. will they ever recover. B. How can I help them now. Also were I live they dont have sodium lights in the wattage I need. So I used halogen how will this affect it if any? Thanks

yo. bad news. hallogen=wprst shit ever. talkin from experience. so, any metal halide, sodium, or bulb. second, wut u talkin bout u took yer plant off to wash it??? wtf?? aeroponic system doesnt neet u to do this. and your a newbie dude, so u should really really start with soil, pretty easier, and aero is kinda for experts, u know with nutrients and everything. if u want any more info, go to overgrow.com FAQ.

hey get some floros to start with and switch to hps when start to flower.

No I just washed the machine. It gathers alot of shit after a week and I didn't want the pump to burn out so I just kinda took it apart to scrub it down and put it back together. I apologize for the misuse of verbage.

My light cycle is 18 on 6 off the wattage is two 500w halogens hanging about 21/2 3ft from the plants

2 500W halogens is a hell of a lot of light, but it is only white light.U need more colors of light like the suns spectrum has

You are wasting your time with halogens. It's not the correct light spectrum and way to much heat.

Everyone's tell you to switch to fluorescents or HPS, with a grow bulb. Take their advice. Your plants will not survive until the finish of flower with halogens. If they do by some miracle then the quality will be shit. So if you like dirt weed you should not be disappointed then.

Take a hint��.get rid of the halogen lights.
