Spots on leaf

Need some help, spots on one of my mother plants, below are details of where I am at right now in time.

1) I have two mother plants at going on 8 weeks from seed.

2) Fox Farm soil

3) No nutes

4) Tap water and then switch to RO water 4 weeks ago

What do you think is causing spots. They are more brown/copper color than yellow. Any help is appreciated :)

Magnesium issues,.. caused by using RO water without the proper nutes like Calmag.
