I wasn't on yesterday due to working a 13hr shift, but something happened last night that scared the shit outta me. For those of you that don't know I work 3rd shift at a gas station. Dangerous shift in a dangerous neighborhood. I wish my life wasn't so "exciting" especially when it came to what happened. So, lets get started...

I was working and taking care of customers when I heard an argument going on outside. A big black dude yelling at a Hispanic guy saying I WANT MY MONEY! Since it was happening on my lot after dealing with the rest of the customers I go outside (by this time the black dude had already left) and talk to what little people are left on my lot. I talk to about 2 people and they haven't got a clue as to what had happened.

Finally I walk over and talk to the Latino guys. They tell me that they have been robbed by the black dude in the SUV and one of the guys (Latino dude) was on the phone with the cops. Unfortunately the Latino guys were blazed out (most likely not on our sweet herb) and couldn't speak English very well so he handed the phone to me and I explained to the dispatcher that the guys WERE (past tensed) robbed. Or so they say.

So, I gave the dispatcher my name, store address, and my store title (Clerk) and she got off the phone with me assuring that an officer was on the way. So, I locked my store door and stood outside talking to the few witnesses that seen what had happened. Mind you this entire time I am in complete store uniform. Remember that. It will come in handy on this next part.

I heard sirens so I knew the cops were almost there so I continued talking to the guys reassuring them that everything was going to be okay. Four cops come zooming into my parking lot and stop right in front of us. One cop got out and ran over to us with his gun drawn pointing at us yelling at the top of his lungs GET DOWN! GET THE FUCK DOWN! NOW! SHOW ME YOUR HANDS! So now I'm paranoid as hell cause I don't like being at gun point and here he is holding a gun to me like I'm a criminal.

So terrified I do what he says. I go down on my knees and keep my hands in plane few. After getting all witnesses down on their knees they patted us down for any weapons that we didn't have. I called out to the officer basically interrupting him from what I knew was about to be a stupid speech about how we need to be still & quiet. I said "Sir, I work here. Can I please stand up?" Mind you I was nervous as hell. I'm not making anything up. I was almost in tears.

The officer looked at me and told me I could stand up and go talk to another officer. So, I went and talked to another officer about what very little I knew. After telling him everything I knew I was able to go back inside the store (THANK GOD!). To make a VERY long story short they said they were going to look for the vehicle, and just gave the guys (Latino guys) a report number.

I hate cops. They are the only ones that can get away with pulling a gun on a group of innocent bystanders.

Don't get me wrong there are some good/cool cops out there, but 99.9999% are fuckin' crooked ass bastards on a MAJOR power-trip. The reason the cop did that (more than likely) is he wanted to show the rest of his force how "BAD-ASS" he was. Either that or he got his ass kicked one too many times in school. I wish I went to school with that motherfucker. I would have so whooped his ass!

If anyone is reading this and has that kinda authority I am NOT threatening a cop. The key words in that sentence was: I wish I went to school with that motherfucker. I would have (past tense) so whooped his ASS!

>Just wanted to make that clear

more often the case than not.. but I will admit to knowing a few cops the are really stand up dudes, ok well one guy haha, but he grew up in the same neighborhood of my city, Riverside, where I'm from(that's the neighborhood not the city) so I might just be showing favoritism for my own people.

On a unrelated topic.. while I can't wait to be able to move back home, not missing the "Riverside" portion of that equation with the flooding NJ been hit with in recent weeks LOL

Here in TN they always find the most uneducated people (ever) to be on the police department. I remember they pulled me, and my wife over and asked for her SSN. She told it to them and they insisted she was lying to them saying social security numbers had 10 numbers... (True Story) Here is my definition of cops

Cops: Over privileged, over paid morons.

You have to realize that a lot of people who enter the police force do it because they can't find another job and become a cop for the good pay. Strange.

I remember one day I was stoned and eavesdropping on these two douche bags having a conversation beside me in a store, they were talking about how "cool" it would be to be a police officer because of the good pay and you get freedoms and you get to see some things.

Yeah, and you can also get stabbed by a crack head.

I dont want to do any aimless cop bashing, theres alot of amazing cops we desperately need. but PLENTY of chunky, jar head, Oakley wearing, pigs that enjoy the power. They should not enjoy their power but realize it is a tool that is given to them and not inherently theirs.

Ive heard that you cant be a complete moron to be a cop, but that very intelligent questioning people are not what they like to hire either. They want unhesitating exercisers of the law.

I am REALLY crunk on caffine. WHAT?? It says Caffine is not spelled right.. hehe Oh, well. I think I'm amusing when drinking TONS of coffee. Think of Beavis and that would be me on caffine. Its natural or something like that. Anyways back to the subject @ hand. Wow, what a rush!

Every cop that I see here in the Metro area always have 3 different appearances. I want someone from TN to back me up on this one.

(a) Fat ass going bald (PS: I'm fat so I can talk bad about fat people :D)
(b) Young cops that look like they just got out of their teen years.
(c) Tall built guys who think they are the shit. (Let me tell you. All three of this species is "the shit". A piece of shit!) hehehehe.

Wow, I'm am SOOOOO hyper. I think it's time for some more caffine.

I LOVE YOU GUYS (not in a gay way)
I LOVE YOU WOMEN! (in a total homo way)

talk about over reacting,i personally would have told the cop to fuck off and refused but here in the uk the cops aren't big fat gun weilding lunatics, and wouldn't dare shoot you unless you pulled a gun on them, probally a bit differant where you are.

Damn man, I too haven't had all too many good experiences with them, been tackled a few times just for looking like a punk hoodlum or something lol. Just think, if they legalize weed there wouldn't need to be all those a-holes on power trips!

I know what you mean. I live in the "ghetto", and I remember going out to buy some milk and I got the blue lights. Thankfully I didn't have anything on me. The cop came up and asked me what I was doing in this neighborhood. I told him that I lived there. In essence he didn't have a reason to pull me over. He said the reason was "Suspession of Mischief". I've never heard of that shit before. I know the real reason... Driving white while in the ghetto.
