I was wondering.. Does anyone know if Fuji Steakhouse drug test? It's a Japanese hibachi grill/steakhouse type thing. Not locally owned, it's a chain.

Probably not. If restaurants drug tested a lot of employees would be fired. I've had three or four restaurant jobs and every time, almost all of the employees smoked.

Hell, my boss asked me if I could hook him up once. I told him no and that it was really irresponsible of him to ask :D. He was a dick.

Anyway I wouldn't worry about it, but if they do just explain that they wouldnt want you to work sober. :jointsmile: or not! haha :thumbsup:

If it's a corporate owned chain, there is a good chance they'll test you. It's a liability thing for them. Buy some synthetic to be on the safe side.

I agree with the post above. Many more restaurants are starting to drug test, esp. national chains. It is always good to play it safe, by either clearing out your system or having something on hand to sub with. Quick Fix has always worked for me. I have worked in the restaurant industry and have been drug tested even by a local chain for a server position. Just be prepared for a possible drug test and you will be fine. Good Luck!:hippy:

I ve been working in a CORPORATE chain restaurant for 6 years. Drug testing is not an issue when it comes to restaurant chains. Employees come and go quickly, it would be a waste of money to drug test for this job. TRUST, all restaurant peeps are pot heads are have been in there life time. Dont trip dog, burn all day!!!!!:rastasmoke:
