Hey FBR and anybody else who knows the answer to this --
I was reading the pectin thread (since this was recently recommended to me) and in that thread, there was some talk about soluble fiber.
Now, I have decided that the pectin method is probably not the most effective based on the conversation in that thread, but I am wondering about the role of soluble fiber.
Hypothetically speaking, of course, if a person were to increase their soluble fiber intake, would that be something that should be done weeks, days, or hours prior to the test? And would that affect the results of the test, do you think?
Thanks in advance... if I've missed something elsewhere just a link is fine. :)
