You knew it was coming sooner or later.
I'm not sure of the specific air date, though.

Wonder who's going to get their card?
Maybe bring Chef back...of course Ned would be a good choice too. Or Towelie since he was a stoner anyway.

I'll take that bet. My $10 is on Randy getting his card!
I doubt Chef will ever return! They reamed him pretty good over all the Scientology BS!

Could be true. He might need it to cope with the pain caused by damage from that almost 100 courics turd that was growing in his body. It may have gave him cancer. :D

It is my understanding that Randy Marsh (Stan's dad) gets testicular cancer.
Leave it to South Park to make cancer funny...especially testicular cancer OUCH :rastasmoke:

I saw some funny screenshots of the season, not sure if it's this episode. Randy with giant balls carrying them in a wheelbarrow:eek: Maybe Elephantiasis of the balls? I hope so.... Their satire is genius! I'm sure it's gonna make the MMJ scene look like a frickin' Phish show parking lot... but you know the message at the end will be genuine.

I already hear kyle putting everything in perspective about people acting sick to need MMJ but people still benefit from it and it doesnt really hurt anyone anyway....:jointsmile:

"Medical Fried Chicken"
A new medical marijuana store opens up in south park at cartman's favorite chicken stand. Randy is first in line to buy some weed - but cartman is determined to get his fried chicken back.

I think the KFC closes and is replaced with a MMD and it sounds like cartman will want to shut down the MMD to get his KFC back....
should make for a great episode:jointsmile:

Heh, this should be fun. Any Randy-centric episode is always hilarious, and the subject matter just makes it better. And yeah, there will no doubt be a Libertarian-leaning "summing-up" by Kyle basically arguing that it's not hurting anyone and who the hell cares anyway...

Well, that was kinda...crappy. This season has started out with 3 turds in a row. I used to religiously watch South Park but it just kinda doesn't do it for me anymore.

Frankly, I thought this shows snide comments about recent (again) issues in the catholic church was the most provocitive part. I am rather glad they did not do a show about the church, ofcourse it still may happen, but I knew they could not allow what is happening to go without commenting on it.
The sarcasim can not be denied. KFC was illegal and as a result caused crime and violence, but instead of seeing prohibition as the issue they looked for another scapegoat. It just shows prohibition does not work, never has, never will.
Their sophomoric humor can get old but I still appreicate the social commentary that this show gives. The statement near the end about just legalize it made sense. We are creating bigger government, more red tape and still arresting people for use and cultivation. Enough already. I am an adult let me do what I wish as long as I am responsible enough not to risk doing harm to others.
Oh, one more thing...NEVER NEVER cut my KFC gravy with Boston Markets's gravy. haha

I just watched the episode again, it feels like its been edited for content. It feels like there may have been more to the story that we the viewers didn't get to see.

Yeah it was okay, not as funny or focused as I expected. The Cartman sideplot was funny, but the main story was meh. The legalization argument was expected , though I did like the prohibition flip at the end.
I liked it less than the first two episodes this year.

While maybe not the funniest south park, certainly it was on par. The part when stan walks in on his dad microwaving his balls:thumbsup: Any episode that is based on Randy is guaranteed laughs...

Hahahaha
"Hey Stan? Can you grab me a beer?.........Stan?"
I mean I guess the plot was stupid, big whoop, its South Park, but at least they made the guy at the dispensary look like a good person. He was the only responsible person in the whole episode. Although, this episode was loaded with one liners. Such as....
"This is all getting ridiculous!" - Dispensary Guy
"Whats ridiculous?"(while the protesters were bouncing on their nuts)
They just like putting their opinions into their shows, and good for them, they aren't making us watch the shows. But they way they do it is just amazing.

"I told you a long time ago you little monkey not to fuck with me!!!"
Classic, I'm surprised they hadn't worked that into an episode yet! I don't think Southpark is as funny as it used to be, but its still easily the best show on TV.

I was dying when randy is walking down the street singling 'buffalo soldier'....hahaha! And then when he walks in and says i'll take a half pound of purple urple and and half pound of wowie zowie....haha...
I was expecting it to be funnier, but it was still good. After all these years, i still love south park. Matt and Trey are hysterical and intelligent....always a great combination!:jointsmile:

The MMJ plot did seem unfocused and either edited or just weak in general but the cartman subplot was obviously the episodes strength. Although the train of properly medicated men hopping on their giant mutant balls made me laugh extremely hard.

What happend to towlie? What happened to stan and kyle protesting?
Either they had to scrap a good part of the show or maybe there is going to be another medical marijuana episode this season?
