Have my medical card (CA) friend does also. Can I grow his??

Guys, not getting any help from other sections in the forum...my question is:

I have my medical (CA) card and the same goes for my friend. In total we can grow 6 plants each legally. My buddy does not have ability to grow his own and was wondering if I can grow his for him (we do not live in the same location). Again I want to do it within current med laws in CA.

I know the CA state supreme court kicked out the 6 plants limits per person but that still does not mean you can not get busted, thrown in jail, bail, go to court, etc...

Again my question can I "legally" grow my 6 plants and my friends 6 plants and not get busted for doing it? If I have my Doctor approved certificate and his Doctor approved certificate at my house while growing 12 plants is that good enough and be legal in CA.

under prop 215 and sb420 you can grow your plants and be a care giver too up to 12 patients but they have to sign you up as there grower at medicann or post there paperwork ! i know you wanna abide by the law but i grow way over my limit and ive never been messed with just dont be dumb about it me and a budy grew 40 plants outdoors and we got ripped and we called the sherriff and we still had 38 fully mature plants and the ask to verify our pappers and they did filed a report and acually took pics of each other standing next to our trees with there personal camera phones

There was some bad info...and some great information.

The Supreme Court of the State of California just recently ruled that the plant limit set for by SB420 does not exist. You can grow whatever is medically necessary for medical use by those patients. Someone who burns an 1/8th a day...will require about a 1/2 pound per month. But, some smoke more than an 1/8th.

Secondly...do not go over 100 plants. Then you become subject to Federal prosecution and it is no longer a State matter. Local DA's and Law Enforcement Agencies are calling the DEA as soon as they see 100 plants in a grow op.

And...to make you a caregiver for someone else...it does not require anyone knowing about it (like medicann). But, places like medicann will give you a caregiver certificate (that in essence is just a piece of paper that you and your buddy can create). The important thing is that you hang a copy of all of the people you are a caregiver for.

Also...There is no limit on how many patients you can grow for. Since the Supreme court found SB420 to be in direct violation of Prop 215...that makes SB420 Moot.

MY ADVICE...Stay Safe....do not tell anyone where you are growing. Even your buddy. Stay waaaaay under 100 plants (anything over 50 is a little bit greedy anyways:D). The best way to avoid any kind of legal trouble is to create a co-op of your friends who need good medicine. Any money that exchanges hands is reimbursement for your time, expenses, etc.
