View Full Version : Have my medical card (CA) friend does also. Can I grow his??

My question is that since I have my medical card and the same goes for my friend can I legally grow 12 plants? My buddy does not have ability to grow his own.

I know the CA state supreme court kicked out the limits but that still does not mean you do not get busted, thrown in jail, bail, etc...

Again my question can I "legally" grow my 6 plants and my friends 6 plants and not get busted for doing it? If I have my certificate and his certificate at my home am I OK within the CA law?

Answer to your question is NO YOU CAN NOT "LEGALLY" GROW ANY MARIJUANA IN ANY STATE IN THE U.S., now aside from your "legal" question. You may be your friends caregiver and yes be within the CA. laws.
