Tired of constantly checking your Ph? well this unit will do it all. First pic is the brains, next is the relay/terminal box.

This unit is going to run two Ph pumps, one up,one down and the GH three part nuits. Five pumps total. It also has three water level sensors, and controls fresh water valve, controls circulation pump and two irrigation pumps. Adds nuits back to set EC and maintains it then adjusts Ph to set point and corrects as it drifts.

I still have a little wiring and pump tubing to hookup, but everything checked out today on install, the Ph probe and the EC probe install in the two T fittings in the ciculation loop.

thats really cool looking. I wish i could build that kind of stuff. I was wondering if your control room is in the same room as your plants. this is kind of a dumb question but I have the same thermostat (TMP-DNe) and i was just wondering if you just leave the little blinking lights near the plants. since it has the photocell. or is your control room in a different room but you have a light in that room that goes on 12 then off so the photocell knows the time. like a regular house light or something.
what kind of books do you read to learn how to build stuff like that? its crazy.

That is sweet looking there!!! So I guess your kob now is hit the start button and come back at harvest?

Tiny I wish it was that easy, but we all know that they need watching wave in the breeze.I know its just a weed but good parenting leads to good children. hopefully

No the controller is on the out side of the wall of the grow room. The one timer(not a thermostate) will be replaced. it is a DN-e by cap control. Books, I am real control freak, an automation engineer. is one of the hats I wear,or used to anyway as a maintaince engineer for the DOD.
I think the only light that doesn't bother the cycle is green.

i guess the timer just has the green one, mine has an orange that i covered, whatever. I am kind of OCD so i don't like tape on things...
you have nice engineering skills. i bet your grow room is really clean. mine is. I love clean grow rooms. post some more pictures of things you have built. please. i love looking at that kind of stuff. and you know how to build stuff.

This how it looks, the float switches are bypassed for now. also the fresh water make up is not plumbed yet either, but I have been rather busy.
more later

Was this a bought kit or is this something you are designing??

Can you list some reading material so I can start building stuff like that. Please.

That most impressive, but a couple of questions. Did you do that setup bcuz of quantity purposes or convenience? I have a 20gal reservoir with a recirculating systems suppling a 4x4 tray. I change the water & nuits once a week, I know a little excess but seems to work. But only real problem I have is that my Ph level rises over time.

Tiny, the orange box is a commercial fertigation controller a Hanna H9914, it only has relay outputs,, they don't supply power only switch it,and can only handle 2 amp. max. so I needed the relay box as the pumps pull 1.8 amp each.

I have found that in the grow cycle the Ph is on a constant rise so it needs dosed down(GH 3 part nuits) which Hanna says is normal. In the flower cycle the Ph rises for a couple of days then it starts dropping and needs dosed up constantly

Now depending on the EC and the feed schedule the rate of Ph change can be caused to change slower or quicker but the change is always in the manner discribed

This unit was not exactly what I wanted but had to settle for
because of the LOW EC I run 0.70, this is at the lower limit of the unit, other units could not be set that low

I wish I had bought an "Inteli-dose" unit, sold by American hydroponics. it is expensive but with all the work/headache I have gone thru, it would have been a bargin

The reason for the controller is my health is on the down hill

NO, the one you built is so cool. I dream about building stuff like you. Your creativity and mind is not on the down hill.
Keep building stuff like you are doing, it is amazing.
of course, best of luck with your health.

I just read your posts ,I had decided I would move this thread up by the Daddys garden post so folks will know what I'm refering to about my controller
