Does a website like this exist for Colorado? I've searched and all I find are centers.

Centers are pretty abundant in major cities and then scattered through the state. What about the patients in remote areas that are finding it difficult to obtain medicine in their area? There seems to be a caregiver/patient void that needs to be addressed.

My "preliminary" vision for this site would be that caregivers & patients would connect and form a relationship.

1. Would you use such a website?

2. What would be your reservations about using such a website?

3. What safeguards within the website would allow you to feel comfortable
using it?

4. Are there any specific features you would like to see within the website?

5. In an ideal world, it would be nice to "trust" that everybody using the site
is either a caregiver or a patient but that is not realistic. I do not support
the black market arena. I do not want to be put in the middle of a legal
situation and would like this to be legal with minimal privacy invasion. Any
input on what requirements this website should put in place?

6. I will incur costs for designing, managing, and hosting this website. Any
input on who should be charged, at what point should the charge begin,
and what amount to charge is fair? I don't think it is fair to charge a
sign-up fee if there is no caregiver or patient in that area to connect. I am
not sure about how I would be kept in the loop if a connection is made
and charge for a connection.

7. Am I making this too difficult?

I just want to legally connect caregivers and patients. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

i thought about doing this a year ago.as there are no websites that want to do this for some reason.im guessing the only way for the site to be safe and legal you would have to have everybody that signs up. send in copies of the red card and so on.but then again i don't know how many people would be cool with having 1 person in control with all the private info on people.what if the dea came in for what ever reason that would be like hitting the jack pot.

We have something sort of along those lines, but it's in it's infancy. We hope it will connect everyone in our community nation wide. It's like Daily Buds x MySpace x Facebook x MMJ. Check it out National Weedographic - A Place To Share (http://www.nationalweedographic.com)

Thanks for sharing this site. It is very similar to what I mentioned above. Is it always so slow going from one page to the next? I have DSL and it acts like I have dial up!

Again, thanks!
