I have germinated and am awaiting my little girls! Ive begun to see the little sprouts and am a proud dad.The church feminized by green house seeds. A little about whats going on. This will be my actual first time hydro grow. Ive dabbled in dirt and decided to move to water.I have a 12 site ebb n grow type system with the 55 gal res.I'm going to use the sensi 2 part grow and finish with the connoisseur 2 part. Not sure if any additives just yet. As I have already spent the money on the sure to grow inserts I'm going to give them a run.(bought the stg inserts before knowing what I do today) I have a nextgen 1000 watt switchable and am expecting to purchase two t-5's for the walls(maybe).I'm waiting on a hanna grocheck continuous tds/ec ph temp meter,a titanium 300 watt res heater,a hygrometer/temp meter and a thing called a hose watch(measures gallons used). All ebayed and awaiting delivery. Next day or two I hope. So thats about it so far. I'll keep posting as I go. I will show my set up after I get everything in it. Then take suggestions from you guys.

All sounds great. I have essentially the exact same plan.

Although my first trial grow (flowering now) is in dirt. One of my up coming purchases is the same ebb&flow your using.

I'll be watching! :D

O.K. slight change already. Ill be using the Ionic grow and bloom with the green fuse. Locally made. Ive been hearing all sorts of sh*t about advanced nutrients acting foolish to other companies. false statements and crap like that. Not that thats a reason but it helps me make the switch to someone elses product a little easier.Anyway the ionic only a one part with an additive if you want.Less likely for this newbie like myself to handle at first.Everyone keeps telling me to keep it simple for the first couple until I get my feet under me.I'm starting to think they might be correct.I know I said I would wait bit heres a peek of the room. please wait on the comments until I get every thing Then I'll take everyone on a tour to see where my deficiencies.

Have you grown the Church before? If not, I'm sure you'll be happy with it. I have a grow going right now with one at day 50 and it's next to some Trainwreck. I have to say i'm more excited about trying the Church. It seemed to put trichs on super early and fattened up quick.

Best of luck with your project:thumbsup:

First time with the church. I researched for about 4 months before deciding on the strain and company. I never really knew that there was that many strains available. When I started shopping for good genetics I was amazed. In mi. we just changed our laws so instead of the ole bag seed out door I'm finally (I hope) going to do some high times type meds. I also received 1 free train wreck and 1 cheese. They are started in dirt so hopefully I can use one or both for mothers on my next grow.
Would love to see some pics of someones church grow.:thumbsup:

Here are a couple of new pics. Its coming along slowly but surely. I've built myself a cloner bucket and am using it with 2" net pots (I'll switch to the neoprene discs when the time comes for cloning). I had a small problem with my first go round and had to reorder seeds. I'm still going with everything the same as stated earlier except I germinated in the peat pucks. The first pic is of the roots peeking out . I put a little aquarium gravel over the top of the peat pucks to help keep light out of the res. Everything seems to be going good on this one. Its obvious what the second pic is.
I also have a cheese in dirt that will remain in dirt to be used as a mother. I had a train wreck but it didn't do so well. The cheese is from green house seed and is feminized. I have a White siberian seed and a super critical haze seed that I received with my reorder of The Church. The siberian and critical are from dinafem seed. Both are feminized. I'm not sure when I'll start these. Maybe next time.

A couple of pics to show you the progress.Everything is going O.K. I think. What do you guys think? And how long do you usually leave in the cloner? Or should I ask, How big until you would put in the hydro system? When would you start with the nutrients in the system I'm using? Any help would be cool:thumbsup:

The plants look great, bushy, healthy. You've got a nice setup and obviously know what you're doing. I'd like to see your updated pictures as things go along.

Well took cuttings and started 12 / 12 light on the crop. Changed to bloom nutes. I made a little map if you will to keep track of the plants in accordance with the cloner bucket. Hopefully all of them come out good. I will be taking the best out of them (vigor, potency and size) to use in the future.

Ive got a SOG happning now.I noticed a little steching when lights go out but nothing I cant contend with. I've also seen pics and video of this strain. It had huge colas about 1.5 to 2 feet tall above the canopy. Maybe I'm getting that cola growth. Anyway here are some pics of number one week of flower. And check out the leaves on these darlings. I don't consider myself small handed I consider these leaves large. any way I'll keep posting my progress.

Looks good. I have an attitude seeds Chruch UFO on the way, the free seed one :) Don't know if I'll pop that seed with the first batch or not, but am curious to see how yours turns out.

I'll definitely keep posted from here on out!

Is it getting a little hot in your growspace?

Is it getting a little hot in your growspace?

I agree with Irydium, the leaves in pic 3 have a lip around the edge, this means they are getting a bit too warm.

Do you guys think it could be underwatering? I have never changed from my twice a day flood. I have noticed when it comes time to flood they are real dry. I don't know what the max temps get to during the day but think I'll start keeping a closer eye. Thanks you guys.

Do you guys think it could be underwatering?

No, but if your plants are doing this, they will consume more water. The leaves get that lip at the edge, so that they can transpire (sweat) more to cool down. If your temps are ok, this might be a hotspot or an area with less air movement.
