best strain for low back pain

I was hoping someone can offer some advice on strains to look out for that offer the best releif for low back pain. I live in the South Bay area. thanks folks.

for back pain.and I know back pain.I'v been dis since 1996. I like White Widow It does a great job.But any of the high THC plants will work in a pinch.

thanks ghoti48. I've heard White Willow is great period but haven't been fortunate enough to come across it.

In general it sounds like Indicas are better for pain than Sativa's. True?

i have had 3 back ops, and i find the following varieties work great for me

romulan
white widow
purple kush
strawberry cough
green crack
skunk #1


personally, i prefer a good sativa during the day and a heavy muddy couch lock indica in the evening.
