I've been looking at some ebb flow systems, and Rasta Grow looks to have a great 2gal, 12 site system which you can add on later if needed but it looks really nice and the price is good. Anyone use them?

I use Ebb n Grow, which to me looks like the same as the Rasta Grow System. The heart of the whole thing is the control bucket, and without that, you have nothing. The control bucket ONLY sells for about $230.

They are excellent as long as you have a level surface to put them on. That is the control bucket and the 12 sites have to be on the same level. If, for some reason you do not like the size of the 12 pots, then you could just buy the pots elsewhere and just purchase the control unit. I changed mine to 3 gallon buckets with a net pot on each.

Ok, I know you say it has to be level, can I put this system on the ground? Or does it have to be on a table because the way my light is set up I just adjust the light.

That's the beauty of the multi flow system. It is does not require gravity like E&F and so the plants don't have to be placed above the level of the reservoir, and therefore they are ideal for spaces that have a low ceiling height. An inch or even two inches in height difference of the floor will not affect anything, however any more than that, and you may encounter problems.
