how are my plants looking ??

i think ive been having some problems , ive seen some small holes in my plants ,and for some reason it looks lopsided lol, i try to turn the plant around every day but i guess no luck.

also i was wondering if i should get a bigger pot ? it is about a month old ,and going slow lol
