I've gone over dilution threads for a while, so I feel my question is unique. I am abstaining for a job offer in the near future (2 weeks or so). I have been clean a week, and plan on following N2's dilution guide, but the problem is I am about 320 lbs. Does a high body fat percentage affect how much water/gatorade I should drink?

In my travels, I found this :

"There are many reasons that an individual may produce a dilute urine specimen, the majority of which are the result of normal physiological processes (e.g. pregnancy, diabetes, a diet high in water etc.) specific circumstances, or an individual's personal characteristics (e.g., body type, sex, race, athleticism). Because dilute specimens are relatively common for these reasons, neither the HHS Guidelines nor the U.S. Department of Transportation Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs permit further processing of negative and dilute specimens. Specific gravity testing can be done to identify whether or not the sample is of dilute nature."

How true is this statement?

Since this is a job-related test, why not just forget about diluting and consider subbing with a clean sample or synthetic?

It is my understanding that subbing is impossible because someone from the lab is in the bathroom with you...hence dilution being my only option.

Yes you need more water.

I have found this site to be pretty accurate but take it with a grain of salt as its not anything worthy of citing in a scientific paper or anything.

The site you referred me too was listing info for my daily allowance. I am asking specifically for the purposes of dilution. I guess my real question is, is everyone's bladder the same size? That's what matters, right?
