Its question time again....Can anyone tell me whether an employer has to respect an MMJ card or if I have to go about the usual way of "passing" a drug test? Im just starting to recover and get back on my feet, and I really want to go back out into the work world, but Im unsure whether I should be honest and up front or if I should invest in the old wizzinator.

No. And employer can chose whomever s/he wishes to hire. A legal MMJ card means squat to your boss. In fact, if he knew you smoked, he could possibly open himself up to legal liability if you really screwed up at work and hurt somebody.

So sorry to say its the old fashoned way.:(

I would go with the wizzinator.
I don't think there are any protections in the Lynn and Erin act for employment,
employers can still require clean UAs as terms of employment.
