If there was a true Tea Party in the US, they would be dumping the special interest money into the harbor. And the British Tea Party will feature biscuits and tea sandwiches and Lord Earl Gray. Will that be one lump or two!! :D

lol only at breakfast time.... tea in the afternoon is more likely to be be served with dainty little cucumber sandwiches, scones, jam and cream or cake and assorted biscuits.

Swarming can occur at anytime of the day.
