Thanks for the compliments. The strain was suppose to be bubblegum and it appeared to have all the traits of a bubblegum. Here's a few more pic's of them. I've got other strains up my sleeve but they are probably going to stay there unfortunately :(

cool I have some friends in columbus, their all into turbo cars, we meet up there and cruise to Norwalk for the DSM Shootout. There is nothing like watching the worlds fastest 4 cylinder car run 7 flats at nearly 200mph in 1320 feet. I've stood 5' from Brent Rau's fastest 4 cyl in the world and had the pleasure of having my ear drums pop while he went past us at the 60' on two wheels. Sheps car that runs high 7's at 180's is just as sickening, and being in a dyno room with Brent Rau's car dynoing over 1,000hp is enough to give you a migrain for a couple weeks :D Ohio is the hot spot for Diamond Star Motors though so I'll still be making trips to the east coast now and then. All the Canadian DSM'ers come down to norwalk every year and run their cars. Now they know how to burn down, first time i went to one of these meets I thought I was at hookaville! haha They were burning joints all over the place, and more than happy to share with anyone. Cool group for sure, but they would smoke just about anywhere, right on the main street in front of cops sitting around. The cops were more busy making sure no street racing, and excessive acceleration was going on to even worry about them, haha.
I just got out here this year and already miss my car friends, such a cool hobby, and no matter how much of a pain in the ass the turbo cars are to fix, theres nothing like bouncing the rev's off a 2 step from a stop with all wheel drive and 15lbs of boost just waiting for the clutch to engage. It's like having slicks on the street, the traction and force will turn you into an adrenaline junkie real quick! Alright I gota stop before I get too carried away and do nothing but watch videos all day. Here's a video of the guys I talked about. DSM SHOOTOUT 2006....Brent Rau, John Shepherd Reco - Car Videos on StreetFire (http://www.streetfire.net/video/DSM-SHOOTOUT-2006Brent_65833.htm) (carried the front tires 300 feet)
I can't imagine the tunnel vission these guys get with a 1000hp when I can hardly see two lanes at wot with 500hp. :D

1/4 mile is huge out east...... I was more into bikes, but I did have a 1.6l turbo honda that ran 13's... actually have a twin turbo right now, but mostly stock........ once you have some little ones running around all the turbos & tracks will become memories.

yeah, my best time was 12.5 @ 110mph(91 eagle talon tsi awd), bunch of tiny boost leaks and a slipping clutch, dsms don't hold up worth a shit. I hated to let the car go but as I was holding on to the keys trying to make up my mind, my buddy reminded me I spent 20,000 on a 2,000 car thats only worth 3,000 now HAHA( I did recoup about 4-5k after parting it out to sell mostly stock). Never did get a chance to run it at the track after the built transmission(double synchros, spider gears, 12% taller 5th gear), cams, or sleeper 16g upgrade(20g).
You have a twin turbo what? 300zx? stealth? supra? hyabusa? I had a bad experience missing second gear on a 250 ninja and haven't touched a bike since. There alota fun but I like my chances in a car rather than on a bike. :D

Here's one of the few videos I have of my car, launching it off a stutter box at a shopping center. Appears to have done a 0-60mph in about 4 seconds(let off at 65mph maxing 2nd gear at 7k) The guy filming was picked up by the cops but I casually drove away, haha. Apparently my car could be heard from the police station just a few blocks from there. Good thing it was a female cop without the balls to give chase as I was only a few blocks from my house( I woulda pulled over anyways, if she came close enough to reading my plates that is :D)
I've got plenty of time before I'll have kids running around so its only a matter of time before I pick up an EVO 8 or possibly another awd turbo platform. Boost is too addicting!

:lol5:......thats what every guy thinks!!!
but I know what your saying about 20k in a 3k car.......I had the same thing in my honda........would tell you more about my bikes & cars but I hate putting info like that out there, as most nice cars/ bikes are one of a kind & someone could easily identify me.
