Hermie? Help please

Hey, i just noticed one of my plants has some ball like structures, but i cant tell if they are "balls" or unopened bud site possibly?

im pretty new at growing so any help is appreciated.

i switched to 12/12 , 2 weeks and 5 days ago, and i just noticed these..

edit: many of the pods have a hair or two sticking out. still a hermie?

there has been times when a plant is known to be a hermaphrodite where there will be SOME buds but you will also produce seeds..

i cant really tell from the pics but you might want to read into it to make sure.
