Well DOH does seem to be running behind however they did get a chance to answer one of my questions; unfortunately not all of them.
This particular question I asked because of something I read on this forum which I found strange and hard to believe so I had to know the answer from the source.
The statement was that the doctors are limited to the number of MM paitients they can actually write recommendations for MM.
1st I actually called the NM Doctors Board who said to there knowledge there was no limit. 2nd I then contacted DOH via email and received there input today.
I am not sure who wrote it however is not true doctors are not limited to the number of MM patients under their care.
Just an FYI dispelling the rumor mill as I am sure you all were not sleeping at night with out that particular information. LMAO!!

Yes, and the person that posted that info referenced the Lynn and Erin Compassion Use Act, but did not link to it. I read that act over and over and nowhere does it give any information like that. So as far as I can tell that info is incorrect. I too asked at DOH and they knew nothing of it.

"As far as I know at this time, there is no limit to how many patients that a NM physician may recommend MMJ for."
Again I wanted to hear it from the horses mouth that is why I called NM Medical Board and wrote DOH.
Don't want to be a blind horse following false bells..so to speak ;)
Cool?

We are all just trying to educate and none of us to my knowledge are lawyers or judges.
So basically we are doing the best we can do to get the info out.
