So, I see that AS was added to the NM medical marijuana category. I was diagnosed with AS as a teenager.

I have seen a list of docs to visit here in ABQ.

Question: My medical records, quite extensive, are out of state. Should I get those first before visiting any doc?

If you are in fact 35 and were diagnosed as a teen I believe your records went through the shredder long long ago. Anything you may has to be less than 10yrs old. Call it 8 or 9 realistically.Now if you have any pertinent info during much much more recent then YES get them. I had to sign the release form so if you do be prepared for that PITA,with them being out of state and akk.
