Anyone use pot for Arthritis?

I am asking for my mom and my grandma. They both have arthritis, my grandmother to the point she cant move. Neither of them have a card - I am just looking into this and others experiences with it. I have spoken to my mom about it and she seems to be open to the idea. Do you cook, smoke, or other Tincture? Which method works best? Which strain of plant do you use?
Which strains can you grow outdoors and have it work for this condition.

yes, i do.

i smoke mine, and sometimes make some edibles.i use several different stains myself, but what they will need to do is try several different kinds to see what works best for them. if they dont or havent smoked before, id sure make sure they start with something lightweight and work up from there.

ShastaCoMan what would be a light weight strain for them to try. I dont think either of them have ever smoked pot.
