Saliva drug test???

I have a saliva drug test coming up and ive been smoking pretty heavily for a long time, does anyone know how many days i should stop smoking before the swab test? whats the detection time?

Most saliva tests go back 24-48 hours, but its possible for them to go back as far as 96 hours. I would abstain for 3 days and brush your teeth, gums, and cheeks very thoroughly right before the test.
