Hi all, cannot say enough good things about the helpful advice I have attained from these forums over the years. would like to say sorry to the hound family first and foremost, weedhound seemed to be a wonderful person from what i noticed and a vast wealth of knowledge and her absence will be felt. To start of I am using Dutch Passion fem White Widow Seeds in a modified waterfarm unit. I have her under a 400w conversion bulb MH with two 105w CFLs dangling from the side. She popped out of her shell right around the first of the new year so total age is about 45 days. Have a inline fan sucking air from my hood and a passive intake feeding fresh air in at a rate about 1/4 of what is sucked out. The plant is on Dutch Master Advance nutrients along with recommended additives (potash,silica,max...) worked her up to about 950 ppm this week and I am experiencing alittle bit of leaf curl. The room is on a heater with a probe that turns it on around 70 degrees when the lights turn off. Circ fan blowing over the top of plant and at hood helping to keep lamp temp cool. keep the ph around 5.5 to 5.8. gonna throw her into flower in another four or five days.

here are a few pics at 44 days and also a pic of my waterfarm setup. I drilled holes on all sides of the farm. one side has a water level check. one side has a tube from the res pump feeding in, and the other two passively flow water back to res. got an airstone in farm and res. enlarged the holes in the media basket for more root development into the water below. light schedule is 18/6 soon to be switched to 12/12.

she is getting big now. topped her when she was young and ended up with four main areas of growth. awesome root structure. ph floats between 5.7 to 5.85. ppm for the induction of flower at 980. used spring water for the res also. has been drinking 3/4 gallon a day. using a 400watt hps hortilux and two 105 watt cfls all on 12/12.

ph went up to 5.9 over night. ppm went from 980 to 1080. drank a gallon of water in 20 hrs. refilled res with a gallon of extra nutrient water (I make extra so its less work later + 980ppm) at 1/3 part mixed with spring water at 2/3 part, and then lowered its ph to around 4.5 which lowered the system to around 5.7. Does anyone out there happen to have some solid firsthand advice/complaints/recommendations/or great story about Dr. Hornsbys Big Bud? been finding mixed reviews. same question for phosphoload. used them both before, but I was less knowledgeable and only got about 4 oz dried. have some leftover but wanted an expert opinion on the matter before I go diving in. any advice is greatly appreciated.

Trimmed some of the lower branches that werent gettin much light, and to also let some extra air flow through the plant. ppm rising as the plant intakes nutes and water. adding some phosphoload with my res change today, gonna try and take ppm up to around 1400.

Beginning of week three and things are going swimmingly.. this will be the last week of using phosphoload, verticle growth has slowed significantly, and the tops are all starting to teem with flowery goodness.

The flowers are coming in nice... lots of hair all over the place. the root mass is awesome. some quick pics posted below. phosphoload really helped keep the plant nice and short. using Dr. hornsbys bigbud at 300 ppm and my Dutch Master advance nutrient solution at 1200 ppm.

stopped using Dr. hornsbys Big Bud and am just going with DM advance series with recommended additives at about 1500ppm. for week 6 and 7 I plan on adding advance nutrients overdrive into the mix to help finish her off, and then use a flushing agent along with plain water for week eight, and then just water for week nine. buds are starting to swell and get heavy. surprisingly I already had to help support the nugs by using some fishing line. ph slowly goes from about 5.75 to 5.95 every day. drinking about 3/4 gallon a day. root mass has completely engulfed the tank below and taken its form, pretty cool looking (will try and get a pic sometime). trichs are starting to make themselves ever present. thats all for now. have a great week, and hope everyone is enjoying this awesome weather.

the only reason I did so well was from reading through the forums and watching grows such as the ones you have done. i truly cannot say enough good things about the knowledge that I have gotten off of the members in here (and its free!). so thanks everyone, you have made growing worth wild

Oh no doubt!! When I first registered I didnt have a clue what the hell I was doing and I spent hour after hour reading everything I could find for basics and getting going. After that I tried to concentrate just on the type of growing I was going to do, I hardly ever stray outside of Hydro section. If I did I think I would have an overload of information and a near meltdown LOL :wtf:

Sorry didn't some one tell you. It's not free you have to send samples to all of us to test. Sorry just thought that was funny.
Anyway it's looking Hella Sweeeet.
