surprisingly I just went through a stroke and not one doctor, nurse or specialist told me I had to cut coffee in fact most said it was ok.
I have had a proud addiction to coffee for 45 years it is primarily the way I hydrate.

Amen man.
I drink a lot of coffee. Unless I'm out, I only drink coffee made with Arabica beans. More flavorful and less caffeine. My main brand is Uban, but it's harder and harder to find.
My wife and I went to Molokai for our 25th anniversary. We got to drink some really good coffee while we were there. Watching it snow outside, I wish I was there slurping some fine Hawaiian blend right now.
Actually, I wouldn't mind some other Hawaiian blend right now either . . . :D

I remember Uban from my childhood, I found Costa Rican and love it.
