Ok I'm on a provisionary contract (pretty much a 3 month unsupervised probation). I'm 19 with very little body fat. I live in VA and smoke everyday for a year. I haven't smoked in a week and if I goto school tomorrow my drug counselor is going to test me. I'm thinking about faking sick tomorrow and friday because the next week we have a week off of school.. so that would be another week and a few days to get clean. In total it would be 16 days since I smoked. Here's the problem: I'm worried if I skip these two days my counselor is going to tell my PO and my PO will call me in for a random test.. which would not be good. Do you think my counselor would tell my PO or just follow up after the break? Also is 16 days enough to get it out of my system while drinking plenty of water? And if I decided to just ahead in and fail the test.. would my counselor even tell my PO? The first time I met with him (the only time) he said if I failed a test he would tell my parents but said nothing about my PO... but didn't necessarily say he wouldn't tell my PO.

BTW i smoke nothing but the best.. which is probably going to hurt me here

If you're not observed at school I would sub.

It usually depends if the counseling is court ordered. I'm guessing it is in this situation because you are on probation. I'm almost positive they would tell your PO if you failed a UA. I'm on felony probation and if I fail a drug test at my outpatient treatment center they fax the results to my PO; whether it's positive or negative.

And also, I'm pretty sure your drug counselor would find it suspicious if you missed a week of school. Even if he/she didn't they're probably going to UA you the next chance they get. But it could buy you some time. Good luck homie.
