ScrOG, Is it time to flower?

Hi all, This is my first scrog attempt and Iâ??m still a little confused when to start 12/12.

I hear start when the screen is 40%, 50%, 70%....full. Iâ??m sure It has a lot to do on the strain, which will tell you how much it will stretch, which will tell you how full the screen should be before you go 12/12.

This strain is Blueberry, under a 30â?� by 36â?� screen. Screen is 9â?� above the pots. 400w HSP, on 24 hours a day. Using the Lucas formula at 0-8-16.

Is it time to go 12/12? And if so, should I do the lights off for 36 hours before going to 12/12?

From that pic, I'd say they're ready for 12/12. No way to know for sure unless you've grown that strain before, Scrog takes a couple times to master.

IDK about the 36 hours thing... just start 12/12, they'll know what to do :jointsmile:

I'm with bts on this bro.I have a scrog journal goin now, and I can tell you that everyday is a learning experience.The general rule(from what I've read) is to wait until the screen is 60% full.But I believe the author was generalizing for simplicity sake.Strain plays a huge role in determining these things.Sativas-Indicas-hybrids.Is it a reportedly lanky or bushy strain? But ultimately, with an extreme form of lst like scrog, it seems to be more trial and error than anything else.Your screen looks great tho, keep up the good work:thumbsup:
