Its a good thought eh? I know our strains can compete with anything coming outta Holland these days? So some of you caregivers gotta know some influential marijuana patrons and growers huh? Sounds like a great media event which will also shine more light on the movement.

Maybe have it in........say British Columbia? Blunt Bros. may wanna sponsor?

Its time to bring it to the US. Amsterdam is beginning its death throws so its time to move it to a more cannabis friendly enviorment. Would love to see it here on the westcoast somewhere.

It has to have been thought of dont you guys think? I thought about this today and it wont happen because of laws preventing bringing anything anywhere across borders. It would be better to have a corporate sponsor pick.....say.....30 judges and fly them to " said" locations around the world. Someone sympathetic to the cause.....with lots of money...Hightimes comes to mind.

With all due respect to the pioneers in Holland.

or a savvy, rich, caregiver or marijuana related entrepeneur who wants to make a name for themselves. For real.....the FIRST American coffeshop to bring home to World Cup of Cannabis. Its got $$$$$$$$$$$$ signs and great PR written all over it.

If Washington or Cali passes there new legal laws, either place would be perfect. Hold it at the Hempfest in Seattle. It would be huge. I think they would have to find a new place to have Hempfest because its already at capacity.

Someone posted on Oregon boards about a contest there. I am on wrong side of river.

At least that is a beginning.

Once federal cannabis laws are upended, perhaps a US Cup would be appropriate. But putting the cart before the horse is counter-productive, and likely would be viewed by the feds as a great place to hang-out for the weekend and meet new informants. :wtf:

count me in! altho, I think the world famous Blunt Bros. is with us no more. I think it burnt (no, nobody dropped a roach :D ) but I think the New Amsterdam Cafe is still open, but BC seems to be under siege from the DEA. :wtf: :wtf: :wtf:

I say vote Yes, on California's Proposition 19, and have it in Cali. :smokin: but then again, if it does pass, every day will be a Cannabis Cup fiesta in Cali. :rastasmoke:
