Question about MG Soil

First post! sorry if i sound noobie!
I just purchased some pure blend pro(grow) for vegging. My plants are in miracle grow seedling starter (and a 1 mo old in the MG Potting mix ), does this mean i should'nt feed it nutes at all due to the time release nutes?
All my soil is about 1/4 perlite.

Personally, I would not give more nutes in that soil for about 3 months, but it should need repotting before then, so essentially you fertilize by repotting to a larger pot with more of the soil you prefer. MG can be very 'hot' as far as fertilizer content.

Have you ever tried Fox Farm Ocean Forest?

Yeah i noticed some of the tips on my plants are burnt slightly. They've recovered since than but i have been thinking of switching to FFOF. Could i just replace all the mg soil for FFOF at the next repot?
