Remakes

So i just got done watching Last house on the left, the remake.
It was good i thought, but it seems to me every remake of a movie never lives up to the original, take for instance, Friday The 13th, The texas chainsaw masscre, and now they are remaking A Nightmare on Elm Street and i over came that they are supposely going to remake the Rocky Horror Picture Show:wtf:
Thoughts? Opinions? I'd like to hear.:stoned:

Only remake I can remember that was better than the first movie was Evil Dead Part II (which is actually just Part I remade and slightly rewritten).

Evil Dead Pt II was given a bigger budget, better director, etc. IMHO it's funnier than Army of Darkness, although I love them both. :thumbsup:
