I'm sure you can, but Hemp oil comes from the seeds, which are THC free. So it wouldn't get you high if that is your question.

However, If there was THC in hemp oil, it would burn off in a conventional deep fryer, which operate at 350-375 degrees F. THC is destroyed at temps above 320 degrees F.
