Hi everyone. I smoke very infrequently...once every few months or so, if someone happens to offer it. This month, I took a hit from my friend's bong on Jan. 7, and once more on Jan. 19 (nothing in between or since...and before this month I hadn't smoked since July). A couple days ago I was offered a job which is requiring me to get a full-on physical exam including a drug test (urinalysis). That appointment is scheduled for Feb. 8, which will be 20 days since the last time I smoked. I am pretty skinny and very athletic (5'3" and about 108 lbs). I exercise regularly and have always had a fast metabolism. Yesterday I took an OTC drug test and it was negative.

Would you guys say it's safe to assume I'll pass a lab drug test? Or would you advise me to dilute anyway, just in case? I'm not sure how accurate an at-home test is, compared to a laboratory analysis...any suggestions and/or reassurance would be much appreciated! :)

At home test kits are very accurate and if you can pass one of them you'll be fine for the lab test. If your passing now I wouldn't even worry about diluting for the test. 20 more days of sobriety will be more than enough for you to be clean. If you want you can also add some fiber to your diet to help excrete thc through your colon.
