I got some Mullein leaves to add to my pipe along with some pretty strong (Jack Herer) medical cannabis. I did this because I enjoy the actual sensation of smoking almost as much as the effects, but I don't like to accidentally smoke so much that I wind up super stoned.
For those new to this herb, Mullein leaves are soft and fluffy, and they provide a nice mild flavor that goes well with cannabis . It burns a little fast, but the smoke is misty white, and so smooth it actually seems to suppress coughing! I cough less when I mix some of this stuff in with my weed. However, a cotton filter is necessary so that you don't inhale the little hairs and wind up with an itchy throat.
Mullein doesn't seem to have any psychological effects, though it sometimes makes cannabis more relaxing for me.
Has anyone else tried this or other herbs mixed with cannabis? If so, what was your experience?
