Howdy all,
It's been a long road, but it's finally legal to have an old friend along, not to mention comforting. I am REALLY tired of the overly dramatic black market, and kinda hyped about having the opportunity to become self sufficient. Some more waiting..., which brings my point. My limited income makes next months well shopped (and meager!) seed purchase a true luxury, and a purchase from an approved distributor (on their terms regarding schedule and price) an impossibility. More to the point, does anyone know the legal implications of a collective specifically for trade and sharing amongst card carrying patients? I live in the Deming area, and would appreciate any straight forward correspondence.
Also a heart felt "thank you" to all that have actively advocated the legalization of medical cannabis. I've done my time.
May Father God show each of us the Peace and Love that he's shown me.

Man, I hear you! I do not beleive that it is legal at this time to trade anything. Something that needs to be worked out for sure.

There sould be a seed and clone underground started until they can work this out. I am sure that MC patiens could propose this and get it legalized.

New Mexico is in a strange situation...Northern New Mexico is close to Colorado, with seed and clones for MC patients. The possibilities are almost endless, as all a person would really need is s friend in Colorado. THe southern part of the state borders on chaos and is under control of the Feds BIG TIME. Lots of safety and security concerns there.

I really appreciate the help that you might give, because, as in my post, I'm tired of the blackmarket scene.

Wow!, this is a trip, but it's just running outta my head, but it's weird that I want to comply to "The Man"!, but it seems fair. After all, I gotta give'em some credit for opening there eyes!

Acknowledged, and thanx,... I needed that. Having personally done federal time for the crime of importing illegal smiles, I should be using my head more than for just a place to grow my ponytail. Paranoia left the equation a long time ago and I won't appologize for that. It's important to me that people read this and know that my blind naievity is a direct result of the euphoric awareness of what a powerful drug that this (hemp) plant is. It is a KNOWN CURE for cancer and other ailments all around the world, but mainly in impoverihed nations where there isn't enough money available for the major drug czars that control the media and the polititions of the "free" world.
As knowledgebal and worldly as I thought I was, when I discovered the internet two years ago as a way to share life and pictures with my children around the world (I had one in Iraq till a couple of months ago), I had NO IDEA of the knowledge that government and big bussiness has denied the public of. FU$K "BIG BROTHER", and POWER to the PEOPLE, not SHEEPLE!!
