Who cares where...... as long as its a military tribunal, these enemy combatants....caught out of uniform, on a foreign battlefield, HAVE NO MIRANDA RIGHTS. They deserve swift military trials followed by an even swifter execution, prison term in a military prison, or release. Although the Democrats aren't totally without guilt, they have never obstructed in the way the GOP have just to make someone or party look like a failure. Never in my lifetime have politics become such a disgusting, nasty form of vindictiveness and bullshit. Only thing that would be sure to happen if they were tried and convicted in Texas is they would be executed. :cool: At least they would execute guilty parties, and maybe even a few not so guilty parties. And my comment about Texas doesn't necessarily slander Texas folks, just some of them. :D

We are quite proud of that and actual Texas residents could care less what any other state or the federal government has to say about it.
