Whats your Favorite Strain?

I would like to know your favorite Strain of Marijuana and what medical condition it helps you with.
Example: Best for sleep, appetite, headaches, pain etc.

Im curious of the same thing. I have never really smoked anything other than schwag and now that Ill have a card soon I would love to know which strains available at NM dispensaries target pain specifically.

O.K., I have heard that the pure indica varieties are higher in CBN and lower in TCH, and that they are more effective on pain. It stands to reason that sativa dominant strains would be more mental and a better mood elevator.

Anyhoo, it has been my experience that the indica will diassociate you from pain. It does not really kill the pain but it removes you from it. That is what I have always used the wide leaf ganja for.

Sativa in the morning and indica in the evening...that is really all I know about it.

There are strains that are marketed as being targeting specific problems. I dont know what to think about that.

For all of the above I go for a good strong Indica.
My favorite at the moment is Purple Urkle.
Pretty much any of the Purple strains have that dense punch and the wonderful taste, but the original Purple Urkle is the one that has it all from start to finish.

Golden Goat is my favorite strain. It is a supremely powerful indica, and it smells like gods vagina. it is beautiful and tastes very citrus/diesely. it helps with sleeping, pain, anything really. not a very energetic high. definitely couch weed or night time weed

Sounds like the Indica dominant strains are the favorite so far.

Pain, and a little evening sedation. Not quite as euphoric as a sativa high. Good sleep, no bad dreams.

I sure like the Indica dominant herb the best. It is probably a lot easier to produce as well as the most "narcotic". That is probably what ol' geezers need most. A young whipper snapper would probably want a sativa to go skiing or mountain biking with.

Your sativa/indica times are a good rule of thumb.

God's Gift is the best mediherb that I have tried,but it didn't come from a Producer and is hard to find.

I don't smoke right now as I have no card however... I second your thought of Sativa vs. Indica. Some of the Sativas are referred to a "amphetiweed"! I would imagine that Sativa for day and Indica for night is a about right. Depending on what your specific needs are ofcourse. DON'T at all think that blood dope even comes close to what they are discussing on here. That is like comparing Folgers to hand to cup Ethiopian coffee.

Tried the Super Lemon Haze last night for the 3rd or 4th time from SFINM. It lives up to its reputation as winning the Cannabis Cup two years in a row.
It was very fruity in taste and smell. The effect was long lasting with just a few hits.( 5 or 6)
SFINM did a great job in growing this winning strain.

I actually had some second generation Maui Wowie a couple of weeks ago.
Great herb.
